The New Bridge Pizza Club is run by the Pizza Chefs Antonio and Enzo from Naples, who after travelling the world gaining experience, decided to open, a pizza parlor in Florence. They opened in 2022 near the Ponte Vecchio under the name of the New Bridge Pizza Club. The name evoked a bridge between two worlds: the traditional Neapolitan dough and innovative cooking techniques, but also a bridge between their passions – Antonio’s love for cooking and Enzo’s love for music.
